The implementation of the national project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” continues in the city of Samara. The main condition of the priority project, which will have been implemented until 2024, is the active participation of citizens within all the stages of its implementation.
On July 13-29, 2019 public discussions of design projects for the improvement of 20 public spaces will be held in the different districts of the city. Parks, squares and boulevards in all the districts of Samara were included in the list of territories applying for the complex improvement.
After the public discussions, on July 30, 2019, a public commission will approve the design projects for the improvement of the territories taking into account the opinions of citizens. Then, in early August, a rating vote to select public territories that should be upgraded in 2020 will be held.
